Annual Work Weekend
August 15 - August 16
Join CBMBA and Pinnacle Orthopedics for a weekend of trail work and community building!
Saturday, August 15 – Sunday, August 16
Trail work starts at 10am both days, and volunteers are invited to camp out on Saturday night at the Cement Creek Campground!
Due to covid, meals will NOT be provided this year. Camping is fully self-supported, so bring your own lunch, dinner, breakfast, water, and snacks.
Drive approx. 3.5 miles up Cement Creek Road and look for the CBMBA tent on the right side just past the Cement Creek Campground. This is where you’ll check in, sign a waiver, and get the run-down on what segment to head toward. We will be working on phase 2 of Middle Cement (just past where the current Middle Cement Creek Trail intersects with Warm Springs Trail). Camping will be at the Cement Creek Campground on Saturday night. Please RSVP to email@example.com if you plan to camp so we can have a head count.
What to bring:
This is a self-supported event this year– Please bring all of your own food, snacks, and plenty of water. We recommend sturdy boots, work gloves, long pants, sunscreen, bug spray, and anything else you need to be out on the trail all day. We will provide the hand sanitizer and Ska Brew, of course!
Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to camp!
