Join CBMBA and Pinnacle Orthopedics for a weekend of trail work and community building!

What: Each year, CBMBA volunteers come out for a full weekend of trail work and good times. This year, we will be hosting our Volunteer Party on Saturday evening at the campsite, and we will honor our 2021 “Keeper Of The Trail” at that time. As always, we will have prizes and giveaways.

When: Saturday 8/14 and Sunday 8/15, beginning work at 10am each day. We recommend camping out with us on Saturday night! The Volunteer Party and raffle will begin at 6:30.

Where: Middle Cement Creek Campground. Drive approx. 3.7 miles up Cement Creek Road and look for the CBMBA tent on the right side of the road at the Cement Creek Campground. This is where you’ll check in, sign a waiver, and get the run-down on what segment to head toward. We will get started at 10am, but if you can’t make that, you can check in any time! We will be working on connecting Middle Cement Creek Trail to Fenceline.

Details: Work will begin on Saturday morning at 10am. We’ll break up into multiple groups, each with a crew leader, and head to a section of trail for instruction followed by construction. After a full day of work, everyone will head back to the campsite at 4pm to enjoy plenty of libations from Ska Brewing, followed by a party for our volunteers, including prizes and an on-site dinner provided by Rim Tours. Volunteers are invited to camp out on-site, enjoy a campfire and laughs, and then wake up Sunday morning to coffee, breakfast, and a make-your-own sandwich bar provided by Rim Tours. Everyone will hit the trail again to dig in some more new track. Sunday’s work will end at 4pm.

What To Bring: Work gloves, long pants, hat, boots or sturdy shoes, backpack for items you want on the trail, water and snacks for Saturday (we recommend you carry 2 liters on trail), sunscreen, camping gear and warm clothes for Saturday night

What We Supply: Tools, water at the campsite, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, Sunday lunch, beer, campsite, porta-potties

Don’t miss this family-friendly community event! Camping is optional but encouraged. Please RSVP to if you intend to camp and/or have meals with us so we can plan accordingly.
