What: Always the first Saturday in June, National Trails Day is aimed at advocacy and trail service. Thousands of hikers, bikers, trail clubs, and local nonprofits come together across the US to advocate for, maintain, and clean up their local public lands and trails. Join us for a day of digging, teamwork, and of course, free beer!
Where: Saddle Ridge cul-de-sac (please hike, bike or carpool to work day start.)
Details: Lets show the Lupines some love! Multiple sections will be worked on to improve draining, repair damage, and increase accessibility to hand cycles.
This family-friendly event does not require prior experience. We’ll show you what to do! Just show up at 10am, bring your own lunch to eat on the trail, and then stick around for grilling and Ska beer at 3pm.
What To Bring: Long pants, work gloves, hiking boots or work boots, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, lots of water, lunch or snacks.
