Singletrack Sisters of CB

Three years ago, the Women’s Workforce (WWF) was formed to offer women-specific trail building and trail maintenance instruction and events to continue fueling the excitement of women and trails in our community. Over the past year, feedback and survey results have identified additional priorities in the following areas:

  • Meeting new women to ride with
  • Empowering each other on the trail and learning from others
  • Learning bike maintenance skills
  • Giving back to trails through volunteer trail work

In an effort to align our programming with these expanded interests, CBMBA will be adding variety to what we offer!  The “Women’s Workforce (WWF)” Facebook page will be absorbed into “Singletrack Sisters of Crested Butte”. This community page will continue to be managed by CBMBA, and it is intended to serve as a forum to post women-specific events, both hosted by CBMBA and by local ladies! We invite women mountain bikers and trail enthusiasts to follow this Facebook page and get involved, whether it’s by attending a group ride, trail work day, bike maintenance night, or CBMBA event.

All of CBMBA’s events are open to everyone, but CBMBA also strives to meet a variety of interests expressed by the female biking community. Follow Singletrack Sisters of CB by clicking here, and help us spread the word!
