CLOSED for Season

5/15/19: Rode the Divine-Bridges-Upper loop today. Cut abut 10 trees. There are maybe 15 snow patches, only 5 or so are large. Most of the snow patches are super small and will be melted within a day or so, no mud around any of these. This loop is totally doable right now! Devine is 100% Bridges is 95% and the “old upper” is about 90%

PLEASE Folks… NO Parking, not even Shuttling to the Lupine 1 start – you must hike or bike into Saddle Ridge.  And parking along Gothic Road – also not a good option.  Do the right thing – access only via muscle power!

CLOSED for Season

8/5/18 – CLOSED

Annual closure. No Bikes. No hikers. No runners. No unicycles.  Bottom line – please respect the closure. You can indeed ride Teddy’s trail and stay to the North/East of the actual closure, but please heed the signs. We treasure our partnerships and trail access with the ranching community. Doing the right thing helps us maintain those opportunities.

Rode out Brush Creek on 5/12. Road is still closed at the Barn. You can ride a bit further, but just past Strand Road, before you get to the Canal Trail, it turns super muddy/snowy again. It’ll be another few sunny days before the road dries out. We’re a ways out on the trail being dry.

Motorized ONLY closure 10/1 thru 6/15 every single dang ol’ year!

Good to go! One 7’ patch of snow that’s easy to ride through down from Walrod.

Motorized ONLY closure 10/1 thru 6/15 every single dang ol’ year!

Caves is mostly dry at bottom, 1 snow/mud patch before caves.
Above caves 2 small snow/mud patches.
1 big snow patch before cutoff
1 big snow patch right above cutoff
1 medium tree in trail
Pretty dry above that
After trail peaks out snow becomes solid on north side.
