Description

A reroute added in 2014/15, this trail will eventually be the middle part of the Upper Loop.  In the meantime, the old portion it will eventually replace is still open, so this just makes for great loops and figure 8’s on the Upper Loop Trail system itself.  Another great community effort, this CBMBA led re-route took some time to build, as there are 12 bridges/decks that span drains.  The bridges/decks help it ride smoother, as the terrain is pretty hairy, but a great CBMBA alignment makes her a fun favorite for locals and visitors alike.  The Bridges/Decks are 36″ wide, and covered in metal mesh making them great to ride/run/hike in all weather.
