Pointed Laccolith Trail – aka – Upper Upper Loop Extension

Running 0.7 miles parallel to Brush Creek Road, the Pointed Laccolith Trail connects the Upper Upper Loop to the Brush Creek Trailhead.  Built on National Trails Day in 2024, it’s a great way to get off the road and enjoy more singletrack fun on the way to further out Brush Creek Trails, Pointed Laccolith is DH to the trailhead, and uphill back to the Upper Upper Loop.  Goes great both ways, and gets you away from busy traffic.  Amazing flowers and hillsides, aspen forests, and playful track. Cows in the fall, do remember to share the trail and be respectful of all users.
