Rosebud acts as a great connector to make new loops with the trails between Cement Creek and Spring Creek Road. The trail is usually very loose with lots of babyheads present on the trail. As a loop with Reno, Flag, and Bear Creek, Rosebud makes a great connection to Julie Andrews/Cement Mtn Trail #553, then finishes off with Deadman. It’s a beast of a climb that way, but is a truly magical area with Wilderness qualities.
